Job Responsibilities
- Assisting in managing procurement activities for supplies and services related to the commodity
- Assisting in conducting competitive sourcing process, initiation of request, negotiation of commercial terms, preparation of analysis, and recommendation of award
- Assisting in negotiating with vendors to ensure best value buys and transparent purchasing processes are executed
- Assisting in managing, engaging closely with both internal and external stakeholders regarding their various needs and requirement
- Ensure compliance to corporate policies and internal guidelines
- Any other duties or tasks assigned
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree in any field
- Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in hospitality, F&B, procurement, or a similar role
- Possess time, task, and resource management skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Good analytical, negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual
