Working Hours: 12pm - 9pm ( 1 hour break)

12 months contract to start with
Technical Support:
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Support end-users with operating systems, applications, and software configurations.
Incident Management:
- Log, track, and manage all incidents and service requests in the service desk ticketing system.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or third-party vendors when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in managing VIP users
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
- Experience with VMware/virtualisation will be a plus
