Roles and Responsibilities:
- Talent with proven credentials in Test Management
- Testing background is must, Telecom background is a bonus
- Has proven track record on working with Test Management Tools (preferably JIRA )
- Optional - Automation background
- Strong learning curve - Upskill in Telecom Domain
- Strong defect triaging skills, test reporting skills, defect metrics reporting
- Strong stake holder management (Dev Teams, Test Teams, Architect, Business and UAT teams)
- Need excellent communication skills, and able to work neutrally in a multi-vendor environment
- Focus has to be project delivery and come up with ideas and suggestions to move forward and make testing progress
- Able to articulate the real-time status, blocking issues, path forward
- Should be able to bringing teams together – pulling necessary resources as needed, triaging , making real time decisions
- Should be flexible
- Willing to working in shift, this includes weekends if needed
