Job Title: Senior Sales Operations Analyst
Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Occasional calls during US time zones.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our APJ Go to Market Team. Reporting to the APJ Managing Director, you will collaborate with the APJ Sales Teams to enhance Demand Generation, Sales Enablement, Sales Execution, and Pipeline Management. Your goal is to accelerate Company’s Software & Services Bookings and Revenue Growth in the APJ region, supporting our ambition to become the world's greatest data company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Delivery Services, Resource Management, Product Development, and Finance to achieve operational goals.
- Support day-to-day operations with a focus on CAE support, Deal Qualification, Forecast Call Management, and Demand Generation.
- Assist the Sales team with proposals, Salesforce queries, contracting issues, and RFP responses.
- Manage reports and dashboards from Salesforce to track regional sales performance.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Support APJ Sales & GTM Leadership by monitoring KPIs to drive productivity and growth.
- Prepare sales performance reports for leadership presentations, including global and board meetings.
- Roll out new global and regional sales processes and tools across the APJ Sales team.
- Ensure sales team adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Oversee the APJ Sales Team onboarding process and address knowledge gaps.
- Plan and organize annual sales kickoffs, mid-year meetings, and other sales events.
- Prioritize sales operational performance across the APJ region.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven track record in sales operations, support, and enablement.
- Proficient in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Experience in Professional Services and Software Businesses.
- Experience working with Partner Channels (e.g., SAP, GSIs) and large enterprise clients.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking with a strong work ethic.
- Results-focused, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to take ownership, work independently, and manage competing priorities.
- Team player mentality.

- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations Management.
