Our Tech Assist team deliver and support technology solutions for all businesses in our Singapore office.
As a member of the Tech Assist team, you will be the face of IT to our businesses for all technology services and platforms.

What role will you play?
You will deliver a customer focused service experience in the Singapore office. By owning technology problems and requests, you will work with offshore teams / vendors where required to deliver positive outcomes for the business.
What you offer
- Enthusiastic and motivated individual who enjoys solving problems and engaging with customers
- A passion for Technology with a curios and pro-active mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Office 365) and the ability to support and troubleshoot issues
- Experience working with or supporting Video Conference / Audio Visual technologies would be advantageous
