HR Executive:
Job scope:
- Manage the frontline/ HQ recruitment process from sourcing candidates till candidates are selected by hiring managers.
- Identify staffing needs with hiring managers including to determine selection criteria and to prioritise their requirements.
- Conduct pre-screen calls to assess candidates’ CV information in the resume before shortlisting to hiring managers.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers if necessary.
- Prepare the necessary documents before candidates on board.
- Provide recruitment support in posting ads, schedule and coordinate job interviews.
- Onboarding new hire, perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Participation in HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist day to day operations of HR functions and duties
- Any other ad-hoc HR duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Executive or similar roles
- Experience in F&B positions is an added advantage.
- Proficient in social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Driven, resourceful with a strong sense of urgency.
- Self-motivation, a strong desire to succeed and a resilient nature.
- Good communication skills and networking capabilities.
Additional Notes
- 5-day workweek.
- Official working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday is WFH.
