Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct demand planning and material replenishment, monitor sales team forecasts, and address significant variances between forecasts and actuals
- Follow up with manufacturers/suppliers to secure favorable payment terms.
- Manage SAP's Good Receive process and validate supplier invoices
- Coordinate with manufacturers/suppliers on order processing, schedules, and shipment clearance
- Issue Purchase Orders with accurate shipping/delivery terms and pricing
- Plan and control inventory levels, expedite orders as necessary, and manage inventory to accommodate short lead-time orders
- Monitor warehouse storage space to optimize inventory levels, maintain minimum stock, and ensure safety stock levels
- Handle order escalations with manufacturers/suppliers to meet customer demands
- Responsible for overseeing the processing and management of Purchase Orders with manufacturers/suppliers, including monitoring shipment and production schedules, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely shipments and clearance
- Coordinate import shipments and verify customs documents
- Maintain the accuracy of SAP system information and ensure adherence to procedures
- Handle shipping documentation
- Assist with any other tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed
