Job Responsibilities
- Handle and update information and filling of employee personnel record and database
Monitor employees attendance and update overtime record - Assist to process monthly payroll
- Assist in the applications, renewals and cancellation for foreign employee’s work passes
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, managing resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
- Perform other HR/ Admin and ad-hoc project duties when required
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Able to multi task and able to work independently and in a team
- Proficient with Office based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to start work within a short notice
