Our client is a Fortune 500 manufacturing company with presence in over 50 countries. Singapore is the headquarter and they are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to be based in their Tuas plant supporting their HR operations.
About the job
This role will report to the Senior HR Manager based in Singapore. Working closely with the business stakeholders, you will:
- Manage end-to-end HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, performance management and employer branding
- Identify training needs and working with department head to support the learning & development requirements
- Point of contact to employees and management for all HR matters
- Develop and implement HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
- Support other HR initiatives
Skills and experience required
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ of HR Generalist experience
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Independent and self-motivated
- Collaborative and a team player
