Responsibilities:
- Follow and enforce company's procurement policies and procedureSource for Suppliers and Service Provider for required Product or Service required by project team
- Review, evaluate and analyse products and services to be rendered / purchased
- Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product range, etc.
- Research and evaluate potential prospective suppliers
- Raise and prepare Purchase Order
- Monitor and liaise with Suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and submission of all required documents for import/ export
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
Pre-requisites:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Candidates with Electrical Engineering knowledge and experience are preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
