Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions (excluding Talent AcquisitionResponsibilities:

- Provide wide-ranging HR support as the first point of contact to the airport staff, including preparation of HR documents, employee inquiry, and administration of various leave of absence and benefits (shared services).
- You will be working closely with the respective Operations Manager of the Divisions under your purview.
- Maintain and update employees' personal files and HR Systems.
- Application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign worker Work Passes.
- Preparation of Final Settlement of exiting staff at end of contract or resignations.
- Generate reports for management, finance, billing etc.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work culture, etc.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- At least 2-3 years of related work experience.
- Prefers strong HR operational background, understanding of Singapore employment laws and knowledge of best HR market practices.
- Has passion and empathy in interacting with people, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Self-Starter and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
- Hands-on with personal data entry in any HRIS such as Success Factors/SAP, RAMCO, ProSoft, etc. is preferred. TimeSoft and TimeSoft PRO will be an added advantage.).
- Provide wide-ranging HR support as the first point of contact to the airport staff working at Cabin Line Services (CLS) Division and HQ, including preparation of HR documents, employee inquiry, and administration of various leave of absence and benefits (shared services).
- Your other team colleagues are handling other Divisions, such as Line Maintenance (LMD) and Logistics (LOG), or Base Management (BMD) and Quality Division (QD).
- Maintain and update employees' personal files and HR Systems.
- Application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign worker Work Passes.

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- At least 2-3 years of related work experience.
- For Fresh Graduate, you must be willing to learn on the job and understanding the business.
- Residing in Changi, Tampines, Pasir Ris, or Bedok areas.
- Strong HR operational background, understanding of local employment laws and knowledge of best HR market practices.
- Has strong passion in interacting with people and willing to go the extra mile.
- Self-Starter and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
- Hands-on with TimeSoft HRIS will be an added advantage.
