Responsibilities:
- Perform full set of accounts, finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, GST returns, bank reconciliation and audit matters etc.;
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports
- Bookkeeping
- Compilation and preparation of financial statements
- Preparation of XBRL for annual return filing to the ACRA
- Review management account and financial statement
- Estimated chargeable income filing
- Preparation of corporate tax computation
- Filing of corporate tax return to IRAS
- Manage timely closing process and reconciliations
- Perform audit, tax and secretarial duties
- Liaising with various third parties and government agencies including auditor, bankers, MOM, IRAS and BCA.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/recognized certificate from accounting bodies (LCCI, ACCA).
- Minimum 4 years of full set accountant experience.
- Experiences in construction industry will be advantageous.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills.
- Possess a good working attitude and reliable.
- Good communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
