Position Title: Regional Business Development Director (Fruits)

The Client:

A Chinese company HQ in Singapore, specializing in the trading of various commodities, focusing primarily on the Southeast Asian market.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize and implement overall development plans and operational goals as outlined by the company, ensuring achievement of assigned performance targets.
2. Focus on durian, responsible for the development, integration, and management of the Southeast Asian fruit business (particularly in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Bangladesh), extend upstream and downstream operations, establish strong working relationships with upstream and downstream customers, and capture significant market share.
3. Handle business expansion and negotiations, develop new markets, create new business opportunities, independently develop, maintain, and manage clients, control risks, facilitate transactions, and maintain long-term communication and service with clients.
4. Manage import, export, and re-export trade in the Southeast Asian region to achieve the group’s profit targets.
5. Ensure risk prevention and management, ensure legality of transactions, and secure the safety of funds and goods.
6. Complete other business tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

1. Familiar with the Southeast Asian fruit industry (especially durian), proficient in procurement and sales.
2. Experience in large trading companies, supply chain companies, or warehousing and logistics enterprises, with certain resources and channels.
3. Rich practical business experience, extroverted and cheerful personality, enthusiastic about work, with strong development abilities, self-motivation, and excellent negotiation skills.
4. Over 5 years of experience in fruit import and export trade, with substantial quality business resources and mature business channels preferred.
5. Familiar with import and export procedures and quality standards of the fruit industry, possessing necessary knowledge in finance, trade, and other relevant industries.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, ability to accept business trips, and high stress tolerance.
