Job Description
- Managing procurement coordination with vendors for logistics, transportation services and equipment
- Handling third-party invoices, monitoring sales pipelines, and demand forecasts, and raising and managing billings and accrual processes.
- Analyst sales report and support in billing
- Handle any operations issue regarding customer's order, PO invoice, Letter of Credit
- Assist in preparation of quotation, service agreement and other documents needed for the service provision, based on the templates.
- Support monthly reporting
- Handle sales incoming calls/enquiries and convey messages to relevant sales
- Other Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min Degree in any related course of studies
- Experience in sales analysis and forecasting
- Experience in sales support / business support is a must
- Good at communication or coordination
