Salary: $2800 - $3800 per month
Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable to another 6 months)
Working Location: Nearest to Stadium MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6.30pm
Job Descriptions
- Support the implementation of annual performance management (PM) framework and assessment.
- Conduct periodic review of HR and relevant policies, benchmarking and comparative studies activities with external agencies
- Facilitate the organization's performance appraisal cycle.
- Streamline relevant processes and enhance the Performance management (PM) system
- Assist in the review and implementation of compensation and rewards policies, conduct analysis of market trends and make appropriate recommendations.
- Assist in the review and implementation of the salary structure including starting salary framework, increment and bonus matrices.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Degree/ Diploma in HR, Business Admin or equivalent field
- Prior experience in performance management and/or compensation will be an added advantage.
