The role function grows the e-commerce business by improving the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the digital platform. The incumbent will conduct data analysis to generate data-driven market insights and manages relationships with stakeholders.
Job Description
- Coordinate on order processing, delivery and returns with warehouse and other service providers.
- Monitor and manage e-commerce SLAs to ensure maintenance of store ratings on e-commerce platforms.
- Implement corrective and preventive measures for customer service issues.
- Coordinates with partners on pricing, promotion, marketing and e-commerce activities.
- Execute merchandising activities (purchasing, promotion) through data analytics.
- Analyse sales, promotions and marketing efforts.
- Prepares customer invoices and validate supplier invoices.
- Validates payments from marketplaces and partners.
- Involves in marketing related assignment on an ad hoc basis
- Any other ad hoc jobs assigned
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Preferably 1-year relevant experience in related industry.
- Keen interest in e-commerce or logistics industry.
- Systematic and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic and energetic in dealing and handling all matters.
- High sense of commitment and dedication to the role and willing to go the extra mile.
- Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
