The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a prominent Japanese Automotive Manufacturer with a global presence to seek for a talented individual to join their business as an Order Management & Sales Coordinator! Reporting directly to the Manager, the successful incumbent will be assigned to key accounts and become the main point of contact to assist customers in order placements, coordination and follow-up.
- Work location: Central Region, walkable distance from Promenade MRT station
- Work hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm (with 1 day WFH and flexible arrangement)
- Gross monthly up to $3,800 + 2 months fixed bonus + performance bonus
The Job:
- Serving as the primary liaison for customer support in the ASEAN regions.
- Overseeing order management through ERP systems and analyzing figures to identify and address any irregularities.
- Understanding the market situation and demand from customers.
- Promote/upsell parts to assigned customers based on markets’ needs.
- Preparation of presentation slides for the sales team.
- Providing rolling forecasts on a quarterly basis and managing inventory.
- Steer contribution towards continuous parts supply in the company's distribution channels by ensuring establishment of business continuity plans.
The Talent:
- Min. Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any other related field.
- Familiarity with incoterms is required.
- Strong proficiency in SAP and Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP).
- Strong communication skills to liaise with customers and upsell products when necessary.
- Comfortability in traveling overseas for work: 2-3 days in a month (few times a year)
