Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager
Our client is seeking a skilled professional to be leading a team and responsible for managing the full spectrum of the finance function covering financial and management reporting, cash flow management, financial audit in a retail company.
Responsibilities
- Compile monthly management and financial reports, conduct variance analysis, and directly communicate findings to management.
- Oversee all aspects of Finance, Accounting (including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable), Treasury, and Tax functions for a local entity
- Manage and guide the finance team in daily operational activities.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory requirements such as annual tax filings and GST returns.
- Coordinate with external auditors, corporate secretary, and tax agents.
- Contribute to the implementation of procedural, policy, and system changes to support business expansion, ensure compliance, and facilitate scalability.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in accounting, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting within medium to large retail organizations
- Demonstrated leadership experience in People Management
- Ensure adherence to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards to maintain the integrity of financial accounting processes and reporting.
- Possess strong analytical skills to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiar with a wide range of concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
