Responsibilities:
· Interpret shop drawings and wiring diagrams to understand assembly procedures.
· Analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) to identify components and assembly sequences for electromechanical units.
· Execute electrical connections according to specifications.
· Assemble parts, aligning and fastening subassemblies using hand and power tools.
· Modify parts using machine tools, power tools, and pneumatic hand tools (e.g., drilling, tapping, countersinking).
· Ensure accurate part positioning, alignment, and fit during assembly.
· Measure parts using tape measures, micrometers, and calipers to verify tolerances.
· Label parts and identify them with relevant information.
· Comply with company policies, guidelines, and practices, including adherence to SECRIT values.
· Participate in cross-training programs to gain proficiency in other plant departments.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
· Min Diploma or Nitec in related discipline.
· Ability to operate cordless hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.
· Experience reading shop drawings and wiring diagrams is desirable.
