Job Duties:
- Project Management: Lead projects focused on in-house payments system, collaborating closely with IT teams and developers.
- Customer Support: Deliver proficient technical and functional assistance to users, ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
- Dynamic Reporting: Generate dynamic reports using Spotfire and Crystal Report, tailored to both client and internal requirements for a comprehensive overview of client operations.
- Leader of Digital Initiatives:Harness your expertise in artificial intelligence to prepare for and engage in upcoming projects in this domain (such as OpenAI chatbots, GPTs, etc.).
- Design and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using UIPath to streamline business processes.
- Develop and deploy customized applications on Power Apps to enhance our internal workflows.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the financial or banking sector
- Ability to analyse complex data and produce clear and relevant reports.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Spotfire (or other Business Intelligence tools), UIPath (or other RPA tools), and the Office 365 suite (especially Power Apps). Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies (OpenAI).
