- Position : HR cum Accounts Executive - MUST KNOW MOM COMPASS Scoring System
- Location : Jln Pemimpin (Nearest MRT Marymount)
- Working hours : Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 6:30pm & Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operation of accounts department such as attending to queries from external/internal
- Responsible to AR / AP billing and payment, processing payment voucher and GST key in
- Verify and preparation of related transaction receipt to system
- Assist with payroll
- Handle recruitment
- Preparation of employment contracts and confirmation letter
- Pass application/renewal
- Processing of time sheet, OT Claims and all other claims
- In-charge of staff leave application and updating of system
- Other ad-hoc activities as assigned
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of relevant experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
