· Act as a contact person between the customer and the Company to ensure all parties understand the requirements and adhere to established timelines
· Provide customer service for the overall Order Fulfilment from Order creation until Order closure
· Creation of orders in OMS System and monitor inventory movement through WMS System
· Booking of Timeslots with Customer’s Vendor and liaise with internal Operations Teams for the collection of the Products for Drumming
· Printing of Labels via customer’s SAP System
· Monitor the Order progress of the Inbound activities with the Warehouse and Transportation Operations Teams and advise customer when required
· Monitor the Order progress of the Outbound activities with the Warehouse and Transportation Operations Teams and advise customer when required
· Ensure all customers’ queries and complaints are investigated and resolved with Operations Teams
· Responsible to capture all the costs incurred for any Outbound, Inbound or Local Delivery/Collection Order in the System and closure with the Billing of an Order
