Bangkok Bank Singapore is a full licensed bank operating in Singapore since 1957. We provide a wide range of wholesale and consumer banking and financial services to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We have an immediate vacancy for a suitably qualified individual to join us as Customer Service Officer in the Customer Service Department. The department offers consumer banking products and services such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, current accounts and remittances services to both corporate and individual customers.
The successful candidate will perform front-office counter service duties which include over-the-counter cash deposit and withdrawal transactions, account opening, assisting in customer enquiries and attending to customers’ account requests. The incumbent will also process fixed deposit transactions. The successful candidate will have opportunities to be involved in projects and system enhancement work.
The preferred candidate must satisfy the following requirements:
• A recognized Degree.
• Ability to learn fast and work independently.
• Team player and adaptable to changes.
• Cheerful disposition, service oriented with good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Some banking experience, preferably in tellering/ payments, will be an advantage.
