Eagle Brand is a well-known and trusted Singaporean consumer healthcare brand, with over 100 years of history, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join the team.

In this role, you will be implementing and executing marketing strategies across our global portfolio. This position requires a combination of creativity and analytical skills to manage and enhance our marketing efforts, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.

As the Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our brands in the competitive Singapore market and globally. Your involvement and contributions are vital for our ongoing growth, market penetration, and brand loyalty.


Responsibilities

1. Develop marketing or point-of-sales materials such as brochures, posters, newsletters, presentation slides, templates, etc.

2. Screen-through all marketing materials/contents in line with brand plans and business priorities.

3. Working closely with digital agencies to brainstorming content ideas, creating creative and engaging infographics & videos, and managing the monthly content calendar.

4. Manage marketing channels and online ad campaigns to ensure good outreach.

5. Plan and participate in outreach activities.

6. Analyse monthly marketing performance metrics and prepare reports.

7. Oversee the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track expenditures

8. Assist in department admin/paperwork or any ad-hoc tasks assigned by your line manager


Requirements


1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

2. At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing role, preferably in consumer goods industry.

3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

4. Experience in working with marketing agencies and vendors.

5. Strong understand in Digital Marketing tools and platforms

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

7. Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese.

8. Excellent communication and organisational skills.

9. A team player who is creative, independent, and detail oriented.
