Working hours: 5 days work week, Rotating Shift Hours
Monday - Sunday, 12pm - 930pm / 230pm - Closing

Job Summary:
The Service Technician at the bowling alley is responsible for maintaining and repairing bowling equipment, ensuring that all machinery operates smoothly and safely. This role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on bowling machines, lanes, and pinsetters to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with bowling equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and complies with industry regulations; perform safety checks and maintain records.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with technical issues related to bowling equipment and provide excellent service to resolve any concerns.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies; order parts as needed.
Qualifications:
- GCE "O" Levels
- Previous experience in equipment maintenance or a similar role would be advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
