Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the tea shop, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
- Manage and mentor staff, providing training and support to maintain a professional and knowledgeable team.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, stock control, and managing vendor relationships.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support the organization and execution of private tea sessions, workshops, and special events.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
