We are seeking a Director, Office of Compliance to report to the Group Chief Risk Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operationalisation, maintenance, and enhancement of the SingHealth Compliance Programme.
Your expertise will be crucial in providing leadership direction for planning, designing, and implementing the Cluster Compliance programmes, projects, and initiatives to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and develop strategies. This will involve collaborating with relevant stakeholders to enhance compliance posture and maturity in SingHealth, with a focus on continuous monitoring efforts and using data analytics to uncover strategic insights and analysis.
Additionally, you will ensure the achievement of risk management objectives, such as compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, internal control, and information and technology security. This includes regularly reporting the SingHealth Cluster Compliance status to the Senior leadership, Board of Directors, and relevant regulatory bodies when required.
Requirements
· Recognised Degree in a related discipline
· Professional certifications in areas such as Internal Auditor, Information Systems, Chartered Accountant, Risk Management Assurance and Fraud Examiner will be an advantage
· Experience and knowledge in audit, compliance, risk management, forensic investigation, data analysis, and healthcare operations
· Practical experience in areas of risk assessment, internal controls, and data analytics
· Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
· Strong analytical and conceptual thinking ability
· Good understanding of technology to enhance productivity and innovation
