Job Responsibilities
- Ensure professional and smooth customer service for all stakeholders.
- Manage correspondence (scheduling, updates, announcements) with parents and students.
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Support coaches with administrative tasks, including managing and delivering student assessments.
- Maintain accurate communication with the coaching team.
- Update the student database and manage merchandise inventory.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of working experiences preferably in academy/ training center environment.
- Good communication skills
- Enjoys working with children aged 4 -18 years old.
