Summary:
The successfully candidate will work as a member of the Funds & Investments team. The role will be involved in the analysis and due diligence of investments, to keep monitor portfolio’s holdings and to help with client reporting, to provide support to fund setup and fund administration, and to supervise trade reconciliation and maintain our in-house portfolio management system.
After satisfactory completion of the training and evaluation period, the candidate is expected become a MAS Appointed Representative where he/she will be executing trading orders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analysis of portfolio and prepare monthly/quarterly reports
- Stay abreast of market, monitor clients and funds’ holdings
- Support the funds team in fund setup and fund administration
- Supervise trades and accounts’ reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain fund presentation and relevant marketing materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a Major in Finance or related discipline
- 1 years of relevant experience in the financial industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, and Bloomberg
- Able to work independently with excellent attention to details and sensitive to numbers
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude, willing to go the extra mile to meet goals with the team
- An existing MAS representative under SFA is a plus
