Our Client is a leading food and beverage group in Singapore and the Asia Pacific. The company manufactures and markets a wide range of beverages under the reputed brand name and also owns and operates restaurant chains, serving varied culinary delights.
Job Summary:
The main responsibility is to identify business opportunities and developing of new customer accounts in a designed channel through networking and cold calling potential new clients. The incumbent will also be required to promote the company’s product and service to optimize sales volume and achieve sales revenue/profit goals. Aside from being responsible for a specific geographic area where he/she is accountable for the business result, it is also his/her responsibility to ensure that all outlets operating in his/her region are properly registered with the company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Bringing new business opportunities, Identify and solicit new leads and prospect through cold email, cold call, networking, and social selling.
- Prepare and conduct presentation proposals and contracts to potential customer
- To submit progress weekly activity report and channel development to the immediate superior.
- To penetrate and increase distribution of all products to increase the potential maximizing for the profit.
- Provide regular feedback on competitors’ information, market activities, programs, new products and maintain prospect database.
- Assist in any other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Visit assigned accounts regularly to build and maintain good rapport with customers.
- Collect payment, achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Independent, self-motivated and sales result oriented individual as well as team player.
- Ability to communicate, develop relationship and negotiate at all levels.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least a GCE 'N' Level or its equivalent
- Must haves: Candidates are required to own his or her own vehicle
- Preferable to have a minimum of 2 years relevant operational experience in FMCG sales roles
- Strong Negotiation and good knowledge of the industry
- Must be independent yet a team player
- Advanced understanding of basic office applications, including Microsoft Office Applications
- Able to start work immediately or at a short notice
Monthly Basic Salary: S$ 1,400 – S$ 1,800
Monthly Mobile Allowance: S$ 60
Monthly Car Allowance: S$ 1,100
Average Monthly Incentive: S$ 800
