Market Research Analyst/Senior Analyst
Our client, a real estate company is looking for Market Research Analyst/Senior Analyst to join their dynamic & collaborative regional team.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead the initial product positioning to direct projects and consultants in developing a product that aligns with market demand and trends.
- Provide market insight regarding competitive offerings, customer needs, demands.
- Generate product development ideas for upcoming/new product launches.
- Drive data analysis of competitor projects such as fittings, product provisions, and market trends.
- Provide proposals on intended unit mix, sizes and detailed review of layouts guided by market and salability.
- Analyze competitors' pricing and propose a selling price for the intended product.
- Collaborate with Finance and Development Projects to identify potential redevelopment sites for sales launch.
- Support to evaluate new development/ redevelopment opportunities in Government Land Tenders and private enbloc market.
- Develop tool kits with unique product attributes and property market information.
- Ensure all statutory requirements are compliance to in carrying out the responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
- Over 3 years of relevant analyst/research experience in Real Estate.
- Hands on experiences in Data Analytics and Data Modelling experiences are added advantage
- Possesses excellent communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively across different functions
- Analytical and capable of drawing insights from data to enhance sales and product development strategies.
- Demonstrates strong strategic planning and critical thinking abilities.
