Jobs Responsibilities
- Provide quality support for incoming enquiries via calls
- Assist clients with their log in and online portal navigation issues
- Liaise with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve client issues
- Perform outreach to clients for clarification or assist them with their requests
- Other ad hoc duties as necessary
Job Requirements
- Min. O Levels/A Levels
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Able to start work immediately
