What you'll do
- Make sure all data provided by vendors & mills are completed accurately and punctually in line with company standards.
- Maintain the material cost database for Bill of Material and report the trends to the teams.
- Develop costing analysis for various Textile products, including should-cost for new products by working closely with merchandising & product development teams.
- Liaise with vendors & mills (across Asia) to gather supporting documents for profile establishment and registration process by providing administrative documents ton Technical Team.
- Conducting research & handling information requests
- Assist and support cross-functional initiatives and costing projects
- Perform ad hoc support such as preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations.
What you'll need
- Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of Macros and VBA
- Good understanding of MS Office skills (skilled / knowledgeable in Excel & PowerPoint)
- Independent, strong analytical mind, detail oriented and problem solving skills with good business acumen.
- Positive and energetic team player with strong cross-functional team experience
- Good command of spoken and written English
