Indoor Sales Executive
Overall job objective:
Responsible for supporting the Branch / Sales Manager in onboarding clients and achieve monthly sales target.
Core duties:
- Answers calls / Text Messages and returns voice mail messages promptly
- Tracks accurately all incoming demand (calls and walk ins)
- Prepares and send quotation / invoices / receipts to the customers
- Immediately follows up on customer enquiries or reservations and attempts to make an appointment to do onsite measurement
- Collection of deposit and full payment from customers
- Provide support to the Branch / Sales Manager on the day-to-day management of the outlet
- Ensure that all customer-related documents are properly handled and filed correctly before handling over to after-sales department
Requirements:
- Min ‘O’ Level and above
- Sales driven and self-motivated with a positive mindset
- Independent, fast learner and passion for sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- A good team player and able to work well in fast-paced environment
- Articulate, good presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy indoor sales
