- Position: Sales Executive
- Location: Kallang
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 Basic Salary + ATTRACTIVE Commission/Incentives + Fixed Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and generate leads
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- At least Diploma in any field and 2 years of relevant working sales experience
- Prior sales experience construction
- Experienced in overseeing junior staffs/lead a team
