Job Description
• Ensure that all procurement arrangements comply with group policy with regards
to onboarding and vendor selection
• Identify and implement opportunities for procurement savings
• Manage contracting activities for the bank
• Monitor business compliance to supplier frameworks and support uplift as appropriate
• Maintain and continuously uplift procurement process documentation as it
applies to the bank
• Ensure that new supplier arrangements are compliant with group policy and
regional regulations; and group strategy where appropriate.
• Support and endorse new suppliers as part of vendor selection.
• Maintain appropriate procurement records.
• Develop and implement robust sourcing and procurement strategies appropriate for the regions
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 5-8 years in a procurement function and/or in a supplier governance role with prior experience from Banks or Financial Institutions
• Any accreditation or certificates relevant to procurement
• Memberships to industry organisations
• Experience in using SAP Ariba & Archer Platforms
• Autonomous decision making
• Proficient Stakeholder and Supplier Management
• Multiple category sourcing experience
• Exceptional organisational skills
