Job Scope
- Interact regularly with all assigned key accounts related to selling, deliveries and stock availability.
- Propose new products to clients using entire data sources to prepare and conduct optimum presentations.
- Increase account revenue and identify fresh business opportunities adhering to given budget structure.
- Maintain client relations to build excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Analyze market needs, develop account strategies and convey to the management.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Work closely with Product & Marketing, Digital & Marcom, and Event department to help build the brand.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Business studies / Engineering or relevant discipline
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in Sales role
