Job Scope:
- Monitor daily operations and ensure orders are process smoothly.
- Handle customers phone calls and emails.
- Manage order processing (quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoicing).
- Coordinate shipment delivery upon Customer Confirmation Order.
- Prepare required documentation (Certificates or markings).
- Conduct inventory checks, tracking, and replenishment.
- Coordinate with internal departments as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Candidate with relevant experience is welcome to apply.
