Job Responsibilities
- Lead entire HR function, supporting the group's HR needs.
- Partner with business to enhance HR efficiencies.
- Oversee HR operations, policies, and systems.
- Strategize talent attraction, motivation, development, and retention.
- Advise management on HR and people-related matters.
- Drive Talent Acquisition and reshape Compensation & Benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Mentor HR team for high-quality advisory services.
- Shape people strategy and drive HR transformation.
- Conduct training sessions to brainstorm best practices.
- Implement effective learning and development initiatives.
- Strengthen learning culture through strategies and policies.
