Job Summary
You play a pivotal role in overseeing sales of waterproofing products and enhancing our operations in the waterproofing area.
Job Responsibility
Project Leadership: Leads and manages waterproofing projects from start to completion, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budget adherence.
Technical Expertise: Provides in-depth technical knowledge of waterproofing solutions, materials, and application techniques. Stays abreast of industry advancements and incorporate best practices into project execution.
Client Collaboration: Collaborates closely with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements, provides technical consultations, and ensures client satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance: Good knowledge of local construction regulations, standards, and safety protocols to ensure all projects comply with governmental guidelines.
Innovation and Improvement: Identifies opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and the implementation of innovative waterproofing solutions.
Regular Reporting : Regular reporting of MTD sales figures for waterproofing products and projects.
Team Management: Supervises and guides a team to ensure the team’s continuous development, training, and adherence to safety protocols.
Undertake other job functions as and when assigned from time to time.
QEHS Responsibility
Implements and abides by requirements in the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management System, ISO and OHSAS standards, and applicable legal and other requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing waterproofing projects within time and cost.
• Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing materials, techniques, and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
