Job Scope
1 Overseeing the production process and ensuring it runs efficiently and smoothly.
2 Coordinating with other departments to ensure the production targets are met.
3 Supervising the team members to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
4 Ensuring the production related documentations are accurate and up to date.
5 Set his own schedule and implement strategies that will result in hitting production targets.
6 Maintain all equipment in this department.
7 Occasion Ad hoc duties assigned by senior management.
Minimum 7 years in manufacturing sector or minimum 3 years store supervisoring working experience needed.
