Key Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and create customized employee benefit strategies.
- Design, implement, and manage benefit packages, including healthcare, retirement, and wellness programs.
- Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and best practices.
- Conduct benefit plan analysis and benchmarking for competitive offerings.
- Educate client employees on benefit programs to enhance understanding and utilization.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging benefit solutions to offer innovative recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate benefit programs, making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
