Job Responsibilities:
· Handle of a full set of accounts.
· Prepare monthly, and quarterly annual management reports & financial reports.
· Prepare Year-End closing/Accruals and Month-end closing.
· Liaise with Auditors, Company Secretary and Tax Agents.
· Prepare necessary documents and assist on yearly stock take.
· Prepare and submit GST quarterly.
· Prepare submission of Government grants
· In charge of Petty Cash, checking and reimbursement of all claims.
· Handling all bank matters, liaising and work with bank relationship manager.
· Prepare GST reports and submit to IRAS.
Requirements:
· Required language(s): Candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin, in order to communicate with mandarin speaking members and customers
· Familiar with accounting software is a plus point
· Self-driven and holds a positive learning attitude.
· Meticulous and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Good communication skills to liaise with people from all levels.
