Job description:
- Provide administrative support for Data Protection Certifications and Data Protection Essentials programme:
- Process and manage applications and payments
- Check applications to ensure completeness and correspond with applicants to ask for supporting details
- Respond and manage queries from applicants
- Engage organisations to conduct post certification/implementation process for successfully organisations including emailing welcome package, manage listing directory, conduct survey, etc
- Preparation of management reporting on application and adoption status
- Process and manage grant/claim processes (e.g. process applications, reviewing supporting documents, verify and process claims, etc.)
- Provide admin support for events and industry engagements (e.g. focus group discussions)
Required skills and attributes:
- Minimum tertiary qualifications (Diploma) in any discipline
- Able to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office, preferably with experience in data visualisation
- Good analytical, written, and verbal communications skills.
- Preferably with experience in ops work or grant processing and administration
