WIZTECH is looking for a Senior Operation Executive to assist in daily business operation requirements, we are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and guidance will be provided for the right candidate.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Sales Support:
- Support Sales Team in the Orders processing, converting of Quotation to Sales Order, and Purchase Orders.
- Maintain and tracking of all maintenance contracts and work with the sales team on maintenance contracts renewal.
2. Purchase Order Management:
- Create and manage purchase orders creation, tracking and review open POs.
- Maintain records of goods received and ordered.
3. Supplier Relations:
- Update supplier information, including qualifications and delivery times.
- Liaison with suppliers for pricing, availability of stocks, delivery date and other inquiries.
4. Inventory Control:
- Maintain inventory/stock levels with proper recording of new purchases, returns and loans.
- Maintaining accurate Software/Hardware Inventory and ensuring timely service reporting.
5. Administrative and Documentation:
- Monthly report generation for customers.
- Support and undertake other administrative duties as required.
Qualification and Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. (especially in Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Candidate(s) with IT/SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Fast learner and attention to detail.
- Willing to learn and have a positive attitude.
- Team player but also able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Minimum Diploma in related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement/Logistics.
