- Schedule recruitment interviews.
- Arrange logistics for interviews (e.g. get time slots, book room, contact candidates, administer tests, obtain documents for interviews).
- Administer reference checks.
- Assist with security clearance for selected candidates.
- Send reject emails and track reasons for rejection.
- Record staff referral cases.
- Research and identify local and overseas talent pool to build longlists for open and upcoming positions.
- Support TA team with sourcing and screening of suitable candidates through direct emails, referrals, job portals, LinkedIn Inmails etc.
