OutSystems Support Analyst

Zenith Infotech is an IT Recruitment company in Singapore for the last 27 years. We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of OutSystems Support Analyst.


Responsibilities: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining OutSystems applications.

Your day-to-day activities will include designing, developing, testing, and deploying OutSystems applications.

You will work closely with the project team to ensure that the applications meet the client's requirements.

You must have beginner proficiency in OutSystems.

Having beginner proficiency in Build Management, Configuration & Release Management, and Design & Build Enablement will be advantageous.

Design and develop OutSystems applications to meet client requirements.

Collaborate with the project team to ensure that the applications are delivered on time and within budget.

Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure that the applications are error-free.

Participate in code reviews to ensure that the code is of high quality.

Provide technical support to end-users to ensure that the applications are functioning as expected.

Role Overview: As an OutSystems Support Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of custom applications built on the OutSystems platform. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support to clients, addressing their technical needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Application Transition and Maintenance:

o Work closely with development teams during the transition phase of applications from development to production.

o Monitor and maintain existing OutSystems applications, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.

o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and user experience.


2. Client Interaction and Requirements Gathering: o Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.

o Translate client requirements into technical specifications and design solutions using OutSystems.

o Provide estimates for development efforts and project timelines.


4. Mobile and Web Solutions:

o Work on OutSystems solutions that span both mobile and web platforms.

o Ensure seamless integration between mobile and web components.

o Optimize applications for responsive design and cross-device compatibility.


Qualifications:

• OutSystems Proficiency:

o Strong experience in OutSystems development, including creating modules, screens, and logic flows.

o Familiarity with OutSystems Forge components and integration patterns. o Ability to troubleshoot and debug OutSystems applications effectively.


• Problem-Solving Skills:

o Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.

o Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.


• Communication and Collaboration:

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and quality assurance professionals.


• Mobile and Web Development:

o Understanding of mobile and web application development principles.

o Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
