- To ensure optimum advise and customer care quality for Service customers.
- To contribute sales growth of the Auto Service Section
- To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- To carry out service advise at the car together with the customer at the appointed location; fault diagnosis
- To organize test drivers to ensure validity of as and when available but not limiting him/herself.
- To ensure that all daily collection and delivery are scheduled accordingly.
- Responsible and approve the complete and correct invoicing for services.
- To arrange final approval with test drive and check of invoice.
- To hand over the car to the customer with proper explanation of the work done and invoice.
- To ensure that date captured/ recorded of customers are accurate
- To make cost estimates taking all-in-prices and maintenance (in accordance with the current value) into account.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business administration or equivalent.
- With 3 years of working experience in automobile workshop is advantage.
- Must be comfortable to commence 5.5 days per week.
- Excellent communication skills
