- Warranty Cost Planning & Support
- Responsible with tabulation and reporting of monthly warranty support cost
- Responsible with Budget Planning and Forecast for warranty support cost
- Responsible on data update and maintenance in warranty cost recording system
- Support the setup of extended warranty package and price
- Support respective Business Units Go-To Market strategies with the right, compliant and efficient
- processes
- Support extended warranty cost and profitability reporting and analysis
The Requirements:
- Min Diploma/ Degree Holder with min 5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
