Job Description of Technical Support Specialist
- User account management, Active Directory support
- Applications support and troubleshooting
- Schedule and manage installations, preventive maintenance, repairs of IT hardware
- To work with team, vendors, user and peers to resolve any issues.
- Demonstrates technical skill competence
- Maintain excellent client relationships
- Provide on remote and site support if necessary
- Successful applicant will be stationed at client's location (a major transport operator)
- Primary work location will be in Bishan.

- Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively
- Ability to plan and ensure job complete according to schedule
- Knowledge of general computer hardware and software applications
- Proficient in M-Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Software development and technical support experience a plus
- Knowledge in C, C++, .net or java a plus
- Basic MSSQL knowledge preferred
